If you arrive early, you can still enjoy all the services included in the Premium All Inclusive Package, such as parking and lunch.
We will check the availability of your room as soon as possible and let you know as soon as it's ready.
If you arrive after lunch, you can make up for it on the day of departure by requesting a packed lunch the evening before.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The room must be vacated by that time, and services conclude with breakfast.
To avoid long lines or waits, we recommend settling your bill the evening before or during your stay.

Yes, there's a free, fenced, unattended parking lot about 400 meters from the property, available subject to availability. There are also numerous free parking spaces along the road.

There are many activities to do with the family in the area around Color Metropolitan.

For example, a lovely stroll along the Valverde di Cesenatico seafront, full of attractions, shops, and games for children.

A reservation is considered confirmed if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or any ongoing promotions.

Yes, of course, you can cancel a reservation.

Following your booking, a 30% deposit is required, to be paid within 7 days:

- if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded;

- if you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival, a voucher will be issued which can be used within one year of issue at any Color Holiday property and is transferable to third parties;

- if you cancel within the last 14 days before arrival, the full amount paid will be retained.

30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE.
Depending on when the cancellation is made, the payment will either be refunded by bank transfer, a voucher will be issued, or the amount will be retained. The remaining balance will always be refunded by bank transfer, even if the cancellation is made just a few days before arrival.

Here’s Color Metropolitan’s policy regarding early departure:

- for stays of 1 to 3 nights, payment for 3 nights will be required with non-discounted rates;

- for stays of 3 to 5 nights, payment will be required only for the nights used at non-discounted rates;

- for stays of 6 nights or more, the discounted total of the nights used will be calculated;

- for reasons of serious illness or bereavement (with certificate), payment will be required only for the nights used, leaving any discounts or promotions obtained during the booking process unchanged (on the daily rate).

At the Color Metropolitan, 1 or 2 children up to 18 years old stay free in a room with 2 paying adults.

Your stay can be paid for by bank transfer or directly at the property using cash, debit card, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Yes, it is possible to pay in installments.

Scalapay lets you purchase your holiday and pay for it in 3 or 4 convenient installments of the same amount, interest-free.

You can pay both the deposit and the full balance in installments. Let us know your preference when booking, and we'll send you a dedicated email with all the instructions.

HeyLight lets you purchase your holiday and pay the balance in convenient installments: from 3 to 12 depending on the cost of your stay.
