The beautiful historic centre of Rimini is only 5 km away from the Metropolitan Family Hotel. This historic city has an important artistic and architectural heritage, and is an ideal destination for shopping as well. Not to be missed are the Tiberius Bridge, the Arch of Augustus, the Galli Theatre, which reopened after 75 years, and the Fulgor Cinema.

SAN MARINO
A rainy day is ideal to take the car and drive the mere 45 km to the city of San Marino, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. Here you can visit the oldest Republic in the world and indulge in a few hours of shopping along its streets.

CESENATICO
The picturesque centre of Cesenatico is just 5 km away. This ancient seaside village is famous for its Canal Harbour designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, as well as being the birthplace of cyclist Marco Pantani. We recommend a visit to the Maritime Museum, the only one of its kind in the world with a floating section and an indoor section, as well as the museum dedicated to Pantani . A walk through the streets of the town centre, surrounded by the scent of the sea, is a must.
