What happens if I can no longer leave for my holiday?
Following your booking, you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit within 3 days.
1. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
2. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date, you will be issued a voucher that can be used within 1 year from the date of issue at all Color Holiday properties and is transferable to third parties.
3. If cancellation is notified to us within the last 6 days prior to your arrival, the entire amount paid will be withheld.
4. In case of no-show (failure to show up) without prior notice, the amount paid will be withheld.
5. Guests with a premium card: deposit fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
What if I pay more than 30% or even the full amount in advance, but then I can’t come?
30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE, which, depending on the period in which the cancellation occurs, will then be refunded by bank transfer, issued as a voucher, or withheld. The remaining amount will always be refunded by bank transfer, even if the cancellation occurs a few days before arrival.
What happens if I need to change the dates of my booking?
If you have already booked your Color Holiday vacation and your vacation plans change, don't worry! The discount percentage we applied will remain unchanged, while the rate will be adjusted to the new period you choose. Date changes are subject to availability at the property.
What happens in case of early departure before the official departure date?
a) For stays from 1 to 3 nights, a payment of at least 3 nights at non-discounted rates will be required.
b) For stays from 3 to 5 nights, payment will only be required for the nights actually stayed at non-discounted rates.
c) For serious illness or bereavement (with certificate), you will only be required to pay for the nights used, leaving any discounts or any promotions obtained at the time of booking unchanged (on the daily rate).
Please remember:
Check-in: your room is guaranteed from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can start enjoying all the services, including lunch.
If you arrive after lunch, you can have it on the day of departure with a packed lunch that you can request the evening before your departure.
Check-out: services end with breakfast. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Please note: beach service ends the day before departure.
Periods of less than 3 days For stays of less than 3 days, a 30% surcharge will be applied to the daily rate.
CHILDREN STAY FOR FREE 1 or 2 children stay for free in the room with 2 adults.
MEALS NOT ENJOYED Meals not enjoyed at the hotel cannot be deducted from the price of the stay.
REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions unless specifically indicated.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STAY? You can pay directly at the hotel in cash, by debit card, or credit card. At the time of booking, you can pay by postal order, bank transfer, credit card, Scalapay, or Heylight.
